Shipping and Returns

 

POSTAGE COSTS 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer 2 different categories of postage for AUSTRALIAN Customers only at this stage.

1. FLATE RATE POSTAGE of $10 for all items under $100 in value

2. FREE POSTAGE for all items $100 and over in value

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping outside of Australia please get in touch via email (info@kathrynandthebear.com) for a separate shipping quote.

We will send all orders within 4 days of purchase.

As we use Australia Post we are not able to guarantee when your items will arrive. So please get back in touch with us if your item hasn't been received within 10 working days from purchase.

RETURN TO SENDER

In the case of Return to Sender for whatever reason, you are able to request for the order to be redelivered for a fee (calculated by weight) or choose to have the order total (minus shipping fee) refunded as online credit note.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS VIA TRANSIT

While it is out of our control once your order leaves our care, we pack your orders as well as we could to provide as much padding and support as we can offer. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for actions of any third party service for losses and damages. However, if your items are defective or damaged via transit, please attached the relevant photos and email us for further assessment. Once assessed, we may be able to offer you a store credit within 7 days.

If you have any problems please let us know and we will try our best to make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As we have limited editions of every item we buy, we are only able to offer exchanges if you change your mind or decide this piece is not what you wanted. We only offer returns if the item is faulty.

Please note we DO NOT exchange for:

* Books or Magazines

* Jewellery 

Here's what to do if you want to exchange...

1. Email us here. 

2. Send the product back within 5 business days of receiving it to:

Ensure that the item is packed and sent in the same way it was sent to you.

4. All postage costs for returning the exchanged item are the customers responsibility to pay.
